AI-EDGE Team Member Kaushik Chowdhury finalist for prestigious National Award

NSF AI-Edge member and Professor at Northeastern University, Kaushik Chowdhury has been selected as one of the top 10 finalists for the 2023 Blavatnik National Awards for Young Scientists in the Physical Sciences and Engineering category. He was selected for his research on tackling the global challenge of telecommunications spectrum scarcity through the design of next-generation wireless systems and innovative machine learning-based network operations. His work is tightly integrated within the NSF AI-Edge Institute's use case on "ubiquitous sensing and networking".
